“2013北京国际环境技术研讨会”会议及征文通知

2013年10月21日-23日
国际环境技术研讨会是在中-德-波国际环境技术研讨会的基础上发展而来。中-德-波国际环境技术研讨会至今已分别在中国、波兰和德国成功举办了五届，2006年和2009年其第四届和第五届会议均在北京科技大学成功举办，引起国际范围内的普遍关注，会议论文集被CPCI-S（原ISTP）（科学会议录引文索引）全文收录。由于该会议强调学术与技术紧密结合，使之已成为在环境工程技术领域学术及技术交流沟通的重要渠道之一，并已经逐步成为国际上具有吸引力的环境领域学术研讨会之一，在全球范围内引起了一定的瞩目和关注。
大会宗旨是促进世界对亚太地区及发展中国家环境与可再生能源领域的关注，推动发达国家将其制定政策法规的经验、管理的方法、先进的技术、资金运作的方式应用于发展中国家，同时将中国在该领域取得的成果展现给世界。大会将构建一个学术研讨和交流的平台，参会代表将有机会与国际国内专家进行广泛的交流；同时为参会企业搭建一个展示技术实力与业绩的平台，有利于企业开拓市场。参加者代表了学术界、产业界和政府监管部门从事环境领域的科研、工程技术和行政管理的专家，这将是一次环境与可再生能源技术深度交流的盛会，将会对中国环境的改善、废水及废物资源化和能源化技术的研发起到积极的推动作用。

一、           会议主要议题
本次会议拟邀请德国、瑞典、奥地利、英国、美国、新加坡等国50余名外方著名学者专家参会。大会将围绕目前在环境保护、废物资源化与能源化等领域面临的问题和挑战，结合发达国家的经验与教训，针对发展中国家的实际情况，展开学术研讨与广泛交流，重点研讨以下议题：
1.      重金属污染防控及生态修复技术；
2.      工业固体废物的处理处置和资源化技术；
3.      城市水资源管理和生态排水技术；
4.      有机废物的资源化和能源化技术；
5.      大气污染控制和温室气体减排技术

三、           论文提交
1.征文时间
2013年7月31日为接收论文截止日期；2013年9月1日发出接收论文参会通知
论文请发至大会信箱:enviro2013@163.com。
 
2.征文要求
会议语言为英文，论文和大会发言稿全部采用英语。英文论文格式要求见附件。论文通过电子邮件的附件形式发至大会组委会，并在主题栏内标明“2013北京国际环境技术研讨会论文”。本次学术交流会将由有关专家组成论文评审委员会，对提交的论文进行审核后结集正式出版。
 
四、           会议注册
1.      注册费用
国内：大会会务费为1200元，提前注册（2013年10月1日前）1000元，研究生为800元；企业5000元（含2人会务费）。
国外：会务费200欧元，企业名义（含简单宣传）400欧元；学生100欧元。
注：以上所述费用包含餐费、会议资料费；住宿费、差旅费需自理；23日参观费用到会后单付，200元/人。

提交论文格式要求：
Guidelines for the Preparation of a Full Manuscript
Full manuscripts should be no more than 4,500 words and/or 8-pages and conform to the guidelines below. There is a word document template available on this site to download. All papers should be submitted through this website. There is no need to submit your paper via email or by postal mail.
A full manuscript must consist of the following:
Title, author name(s), full postal and e-mail addresses for each author.
Abstract: no more than 250 words briefly specifying the aims of the work, the main results obtained, and the conclusions drawn.
Keywords: 3-6 keywords (in alphabetical order) which will enable a subsequent information retrieval system to locate the paper.
Main text: for clarity this should be subdivided into:
(i) Introduction - describing the background of the work and its aims.
(ii) Materials and Methods - a brief description of the methods/techniques used (the principles of these methods should not be described if readers can be directed to easily accessible references or standard texts).
(iii) Results and Discussion - a clear presentation of experimental results obtained, highlighting any trends or points of interest.
(iv) Conclusions: a brief explanation of the significance and implications of the work reported.
References: these should be to accessible sources. The Harvard system is the accepted style.
Please ensure that all work cited in the text is included in the reference list, and that the dates and authors given in the text match those in the reference list. References must always be given in sufficient detail for the reader to locate the work cited.
