世界环境日回顾：历年世界环境日主题（1974-2009）

为提高人们的环境保护意识，1972年6月5日，联合国在瑞典首都斯德哥尔摩举行首次人类环境会议，通过了著名的《人类环境宣言》及保护全球环境的“行动计划”。同年10月，第27届联合国大会根据斯德哥尔摩会议的建议，决定成立联合国环境规划署，并正式将6月5日定为“世界环境日”。从1974年起，联合国环境规划署每年都为“世界环境日”（World Environment Day）确立一个主题，并展开相关宣传活动。
